Refund

For us, the most important thing is that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, you can exercise your right to return or exchange your purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Only goods in new condition with original tags and labels on clothing are eligible for return . We cannot return or exchange our products purchased in partner stores.

Please contact us before returning. +38 098 842 34 40 (if returning to the warehouse in Kyiv) or +38 063 563 90 28 (if returning to the warehouse in Kryvyi Rih) with your order number. 

We are not responsible for orders that are automatically returned to us without prior notice. For returns or exchanges, we recommend using only insured, trackable shipping services. Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for returns or exchanges.

We always aim to process your return request as quickly as possible. We will send you an email as soon as we have inspected the returned item and the refund will be processed immediately. Please note that the refund to the buyer's account may take up to 14 business days and unfortunately we are unable to influence this period.

I received a damaged/wrong item. What should I do?

We are sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Send us an email at +38 098 842 34 40 / +38 063 563 90 28 a photo of the damage / incorrect product and indicate the order number and we will quickly take care of everything.
